Bungalow Batsù is a recently renovated apartment in Fortuna where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. This apartment features air-conditioned accommodations with a patio. Jou and Leydi were fantastic hosts: friendly, welcoming, responsive, and with good recommendations. We communicated with them a lot before we arrived, and they booked us a night tour at a nearby family farm, and we really enjoyed it. The place was new and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling. They even have a resident sloth!

Tacacori EcoLodge is set in the Alajuela Hills, 15 minutes' drive from Juan Santamaría Internatrional Airport and only at 30 minutes' drive from Poas Volcano site. Breakfast was great. Staff was wonderful. Lovely grounds with lots of nature: flowers, birds and butterflies. Nadine was able to arrange several day tours for me that were also fantastic.

New, Hilltop Bungalow 1 W- Spectacular Volcano View offers accommodations in El Fosforo, 3 miles from Sky Adventures Arenal and 10 miles from Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park. The studio was really well equipped and comfortable. The welcome center staff were so helpful and gave us lots of ideas for our stay, there is a really handy book of activities in the studio to check out as well. It was very rainy and hazy when we were there so the volcano was covered but we did see part of it on the last day! beautiful either way. the distance from the studio to our activities in La Fortuna was not bad, about half an hour drive
