Offering garden views, Satta Lodge in Puerto Viejo has accommodations, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a shared lounge, a terrace and a bar. It was an amazing place in the jungle, yet close to the main road and Puerto Viejo. Breakfast was always fresh, with delicious smoothies and crepes. All the staff members and owners were super nice and showed us attention. The villa was well equipped, comfortable and very clean.

Located in Puerto Viejo and with Negra Beach reachable within a 5-minute walk, Casitas Las Flores provides a tour desk, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. This was my favourite accommodation throughout my entire trip to Costa Rica. The location was perfect and felt very safe and secure as a solo female traveller. The owners were absolutely lovely and so so helpful!!! They were extremely responsive on What’s App and made sure I had anything I needed within minutes. I had an issue with the toilet and they were able to check it very promptly and provide an alternative option until it was fixed. They treated their guests like family and took care of all their needs with warm and welcoming smiles and greetings. The bungalow was perfect, it felt like a little home in the jungle. I loved relaxing on the balcony in the hammock, watching the tropical storms and wildlife move through the jungle. Tuk tuks were readily available to the property but you can also walk to town within 20-25 mins all the way by beach or along the streets which I loved. There was a small supermarket about a 10 min walk away with enough to provide for my stay. I absolutely loved my time here and was so sad to leave.

These Puerto Viejo El Nido Jungle Lodge bungalows are 656 feet from the Playa Chiquita and include access to an outdoor pool and free WiFi. Gandoca Manzanillo National Wildlife Refuge is 3.3 mi away. The bungalow was pretty and spacious with a nice shower and a good kitchen if you like to cook as we do :) close to a lovely beach and the pool is great too. Breakfast options were good and plentiful. Would recommend!

El Rincon de la Suiza is a recently renovated vacation home in Cahuita where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The area is very quiet and just a short walk from the beach. The host was very kind and welcomed us at the entrance. The property is clean, well-organized, and comfortable

Mar Verde Lodge is located in Puerto Viejo, just a 6-minute walk from Chiquita Beach and 1.3 miles from Jaguar Rescue Center. One of the best accomodations we have ever stayed in. Very comfortable apartment, perfectly located close to the beach, own terrace with unique jungle view. Very kind host, Leon made us an outstanding breakfast every day. All in all a great experience, 100% recommended.

Featuring a terrace, Jungle Beach Bungalow with AC & Fiber optic provides accommodations in Puerto Viejo. This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking. We had an amazing stay at the Jungle Beach Bungalow with my brother. As said in many comments, the pictures do not do the place justice. The host, Andrew, is a chef so the house has a lot of kitchen ustensiles to cook elaborate meals, the two rooms are spacious and very confortable, the bathroom has hot water, and is super modern. It's really a stupendous little house where you will have a wonderful time if you go there. Also, Andrew is very helpful and caring and super reactive. He makes his possible to make your stay the best possible !

Offering free Wi-Fi connection in common areas with free tea and coffee, this property is located amid tropical forests in Puerto Viejo facing the Caribbean Sea. It also has an outdoor pool. we loved how it was surrounded by nature, nice and quiet. the location was great for relaxing and going to the beach, with great restaurants nearby and not to far from Puerto Viejo in taxi. we stayed in the original room we booked but it was by the reception and was a last minute booking. but we asked if there was any better rooms with air conditioning. the staff was brilliant and after 1 night they moved us to a new lodge nearer the pool area. also they new it was our honeymoon and gave us a bottle of champagne and flowers on the bed. all in all great hotel and stay.
