Located in Kandy, Mountbatten Bungalow- Thema Collection - Kandy welcomes guests with an outdoor swimming pool and a spacious sun terrace. The most beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Views are amazing and the garden chalets exceeded our expectations. Food and service excellent, we wish we could have stayed longer. Easy to get a short tuk tuk into Kandy. Would really recommend the hike up Hanthana mountain with local guide Chamila, organised through the hotel.

Built in an ancient Colonial-period Bungalow, The Elephant Stables is a beautiful property overlooking Kandy’s lush greenery. It welcomes guests with an outdoor swimming pool and cozy guestrooms. This place is lovely. We loved the family tent, which is a small appartment in itself, with a lot of space (parent’s room, kid’s room, living room, big modern bathroom). It was very clean. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The set up for pool and meals is gorgeous.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kandy Siebel Bungalow, hosted by Anoma and her daughter. Although my stay was brief—just one night—I was thoroughly impressed. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly and offered a delicious dinner.My room was beautifully upgraded to feature one large double bed and a single bed, perfect for families or groups. The stunning mountain view from my room was a highlight, and the fast, stable Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable.The location is excellent, just a 23-minute walk from the train station, in a lovely area with good bus connections. Anoma's kindness and helpfulness truly made this homestay a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
