Fantastic location in the Knuckles. We stayed here for 2 nights. The house is very special with many cosy seating areas and of course the stunning views outside from the rocking chairs on the terrace. The work they do for the community and their mission and vision is admirable. Nanda is a very nice host to talk to and helps you with everything like providing rain gear and leech socks for our hike .He taught us the Sri Lankan game Carrom and even played this with our kids. The food is fantastic, so many different dishes to taste from, and we loved the afternoon tea with home made cakes. Thanks a lot Nanda and team!

Amazing house full of history surrounded by beautiful nature. Great food, lovely staff, big rooms and a yoga terrace. Would definitely come back.

This is absolutely the perfect place to stay for a few days in Sigiriya! Amazing value for money: nice room with good comfy beds and a little seat looking over the large swimming pool and lucious garden with a beautiful lake in the background. Only a short walk (7 minutes or so) away from the centre of Sigiriya but in the middle of peace and quiet of nature. Kasun and his staff where very kind, friendly and always there to help with questions, advice or arranging drivers (tuktuk as well as taxi and safari). Breakfast was very good and more than enough to start your day. Would definitely recommend!!

Sigiri Holiday Bungalow se nachází v destinaci Sigiriya a nabízí ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm a terasou. Sigiriya skála je 5,1 km daleko. Such a lovely place, the staff were very welcoming and helped with transport organisation, they even made us a Sri lankan breakfast one morning that was amazing! Our room had no pictures of it so we didn't know what to expect but we got the room in the small building in the courtyard, room was fine and clean, had a lovely balcony and we spent alot of time chilling on it. The pool was great as well! Over all we loved our stay here and couldn't recommend it more.

We stayed at Gaia Lake Bungalows for one week and had an excellent time. You can rent the whole villa and enjoy a really unique private experience in this central region of Sri Lanka. The villa is located directly at the beautiful Kandalama Lake (with a stunning view on the lake) and is certainly one of the best locations you can choose for exploration of the cultural triangle between Polonaruwa, Anuradhapura, Kandy and Dambulla, including Sigiriya. Sarath, the private cook will introduce you to the various flavours of traditional Sri Lankan food and Darshi the manager kindly supports any kind of arrangements you may need. We booked the entire villa for only 3 persons but there is plenty of room for 6 persons or even more. Moreover a large swimming pool is available for exercise or relaxation after excursions. We enjoyed our stay very much.
