Vanira Lodge is a recently renovated guest house in Teahupoo where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool and garden. This place is AMAZING. We stayed in Vai Iti, which had an uninterrupted view of the sea and it was not visible by anyone; we had COMPLETE privacy and our own jacuzzi and hammock. The property is nestled up in the jungle and we were able to enjoy all the sounds of nature and no people sounds at all. (Due to the remote location, make sure you get a car!) All this combined with the extremely reasonable price and I would 110% stay here again.

The views alone make this accommodation extremely unique and worth it. The host, Barbara, and her husband are very welcoming (they made us banana bread on arrival and had made us flower necklaces as it was our honeymoon!). The room was very clean and comfortable, there is an outdoor deck to enjoy the morning coffee.

We were greeted by the host and were given lots of information and local knowledge that was super helpful. It feels like a little slice of paradise and I wish we could have stayed longer.
