The camp is nice and well maintained. Easy access by car, not far from the visitors center. Our tent was as good as expected, clean, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast and lunch, homemade traditional meals, many dishes, coffee and tea. WiFi and AC worked exceptionally. Huge thanks to Muhammad and Hussein! They were very helpful, nice people to talk to. Hussein was our guide for a jeep tour, it was fun!

Adel's Bubble Camp is simply excellent. From the moment you arrive you feel as warmly welcomed as family. Adel and his brothers run the camp to a brilliant standard, the area is clean, well laid out and organised. The bubbles are large, clean and the air conditioning does an efficient job of keeping things cool, the showers have good water pressure though you might struggle to get truly cold water out of them during the day (understandable). The bed is large and comfortably firm with stunning views of the night sky right in front of you. On arrival we booked the Sunset Camel Tour, Stargazing and the Sunrise Jeep Tour. My recommendation is to do this also, as doing a jeep tour in the middle of the day may be a bit intense heat-wise on hotter days. The Camel tour was very chilled, the camels are well behaved and it was a relaxing way to travel to a scenic area for sunset photos and to watch the sun set behind distant mountains. Shout out to Bilal for leading the way with the Camels, he clearly knows them well! Star Gazing I recommend taking a mini tripod for your phone or camera if you want to capture some long exposure shots, on a clear night you will definitely see the haze of the milky way with the unaided eye. The Sunrise Jeep tour was brilliant, with an excellent driver, Ahmad (who is getting married soon big congrats) we saw so many places across the area in 4 hours, Mushroom Rock, Lawrence of Arabia cave, The Martian movie's mountain scene, Big Arch, little arch among others. If you do the zip line, make sure you have a firm grip of the brake handle, at 90kg I picked up a bit too much speed for a comfortable landing. The food at both dinner and breakfast was great, the Mansaf in particular was very good and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We chatted and had a laugh late into the night drinking coffee around the fire with Adel and his team.

Fantastic stay at this beautiful camp. We were looking for such place in Wadi Rum, with small number of bubble tents (only four), secluded in the desert, silent and peaceful. The owner Eid is a great host with a professional attitude being very responsive and helpful with anything you need. The whole team is amazing, you can feel they try the best to make your stay exquisite. Our desert guide Awan (hope the spelling is correct) was the best. We also hiked the Umm ad Dami mountain together which was the highlight of our whole day desert trip. Overall, if you are looking for a peaceful, secluded and more private place, it is a fantastic choice. There are a lot of camps in the area, some just at the very road and close to each other- this would not be our dream stay. We would love to come back to Wild Oryx with our teenage son. Jordan in general was the kind of trip that takes you by surprise because you were not expecting it could be that wonderful.

We had the best stay in Ahmad‘s facilities in Wadi Rum. The tent was clean, comfortable beds, amazing views from the tend and the surrounding was calm and breathtaking. But what made the stay so special for us was the unbelievable hospitality of Ahmad and his family. He treated us like family and we will recommend Wadi Rum Star Camp to all of our friends and family. Amazing location and view! We really enjoyed the stay here because it's in a protected area with a private bathroom that's not a "bubble". It's pricier than most of the camps, but a little extra was worth it for us. Despite this place not being full at all (there were 2 other groups than us, 3 total), the food and service were excellent. I was initially concerned about not having some service available due to the lack of tourists or a camp not being open, but that was not the case. The patio in front of each room was very nice, and we spent a ton of time. For one of the nights, there was a fire pit that you could enjoy with tea after dinner. We did a 4-hour jeep tour and a sunset camel ride, which were excellent choices. They took us on interesting hikes with beautiful views, and riding a camel was more enjoyable than we thought. It was such a magical stay, and I can't wait until I go back.
