This guesthouse is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable. We are a family of five and were accomodated with ample space and comfort. The family room we received had a kitchen and dining area which we often used. The guesthouse has an amazing veranda which overlooks Interlaken and the river. We used that every evening for dinner. The breakfast served is incredible, consists of great options for everyone and has local produce such as yoghurts, cheeses etc. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Location is very good, easily accessible by bus 122, mountain view is amazing, the yard with sun chairs and hammocks is so cosy and sunny. Breakfast is very good, though coffee is not, regardless of the wall poster said "my coffee is strong, so I am". Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Stay KooooK Bern is probably one of the best stays I have ever had!!! The hotel is in a great location. The facilities are fantastic! Clean, modern and well maintained. The rooftop terrace has spectacular views and is an awesome spot to take in a sunset over the rooftops of Bern. I could not recommend this any more highly!

What an excellent hotel. On arrival Celine (the manager) greeted us like friends who were coming to stay in her house. She is a happy and very helpful manager for whom nothing is too much trouble. She upgraded our room, and booked us dinner in a restaurant by the lake in Spiez. The room was impeccably clean, with a balcony from which we could watch the sunset over the mountains. This hotel is thoroughly recommended, and I would love to return.

Fantastic location for Grindlewald village and Grindelwald terminal. Terrace perfectly situated for sunset.

The accommodation was beautiful, the view out the window to the church and waterfall was second to none. The place was extremely cosy and had comfortable beds and good hot shower. The location was excellent - the bus on the doortstep and only 5 mins walk to the Lauterbrunnen train station. Restaurants were only 5 mins walk away too. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Very nice place. Great atmosphere. The common rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hosts are really nice. Feel safe as a solo traveller. The rooftop is beautiful to have a drink and watch the sunset

Breakfast was very good, especially the coffee, prepared individually for each guest! Good variety of items that come in small containers. Can have a pleasant breakfast out in the verandah with a great view of Interlaken Ost and the mountains. The water pressure from the shower was impressive - like having a body massage!

Newly renovated bathroom. Hot shower every night. Clean facilities. Comfy beds. And to top it off the MOST amazing hosts who were so welcoming and helpful. Walking distances to the train station and shops. Cosy and warm in winter. Microwave, kettle and fridge in room. Thank you Swiss Inn for a great stay ☺️
