Staff was great, very.welcoming. since the moment we booked, the communication was always really good. Thank.you Marco for answering all of our questions. We did The 6hours jeep tour and it was just amazing. Driver was increadible and a lot of fun. 😊 On our first morning, we woke up at 5.15am and from our bed we could see the camels passing through just about the same time as sunrise. Beautiful. Great experience

Our stay in the Wadi Rum Desert Heart camp was awesome! It exceeded my expectations in all ways. Communication with Haitham was good from the beginning. The whole day tour with Omar was great. He showed us real desert, we had lunch, rest, lots of fun. We really enjoyed staying in this camp to see the beduin way of life. Thanks for everything and hope to see you soon again.

We had an amazing time at the camp Abdallah (the owner) was very kind and helpful the rooms are very clean and the food was great! The jeep ride was also very exciting and Omar ( who took us) was also very knowledgeable and helpful took so many pictures of us!! He is professional!

    It was a very good camping site. Had a room but chose to sleep under the open sky. The guy we originally booked it with, left us at another camp site we were well looked after but he over charged. But despite everything it was a great experience. Book it directly with fire camp instead of this property link.
