For guests with children, the campground provides outdoor play equipment and a baby safety gate. The campground has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. I just loved the wood cabin surrounded by giant redwoods. The cabin was so well equipped and so comfortable. Tubing (free tube rental) was such fun. Great to have individual fire pits and outdoor seating. We struggled to light the firewood so maybe some extra fire-lighting supplies would be useful

I really loved how sweet and welcoming the owner was and I’m very happy we had the chance to stay the night in their beautiful cozy spot with a lot too offer. 10/10 need to come again. :)

Modern Airstream with amazing view - 10 to 15 minutes from Kings Canyon National Park is situated in Dunlap and offers barbecue facilities. This campground features free private parking, private check-in and check-out and free WiFi. We had the most amazing stay in the Airstream! Location is perfect; quiet, only the sound of birds and still close to Sequoia and Kings Valley National Parks! Only 15-20 minutes drive! The Airstream is clean, bed is good, kitchen has good equipment, shower is perfect! The hosts were not at the location, but we had one small thing that we wanted to ask them and they were perfectly approachable by phone and they helped us very kindly.

Located in Lower Lake, 32 km from Robert Louis Stevenson State Park, Huttopia Wine Country has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and rooms with free WiFi access. The Old Faithful Geyser of California is within 44 km of the campground. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Loved the tents and the quiet location (minus the dogs on the campsite that were barking all night long). My kids loved the pool and the various games we could play during pizza dinner (bocce, corn hole, table tennis). We only stayed one night so we sadly didn’t get to take advantage of the amazing cooking set up! Lots of dishes and a grill, sink on the patio. It was so cozy. And the most amazing stars out at night. We will definitely be back for a longer stretch.
