How it was close to Shin-Osaka train station; one train station away which took 2 mins to get there. The facility was modern and a sense of futuristic to it.

It's different from all the rest of the capsule hotels that I have stayed so far, where all capsules are together with one on top of another. This is as good as having a hotel room to yourself with a study table too! I love the privacy this capsule hotel provides. It has great location too. It's just within walking distance to the famous Dotombori Glico Sign, and also the Dotonbori district.

My stay at 男性専用 カプセルホテル 朝日プラザ心斎橋 was overall great—the place is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location. The facilities were well-maintained and everything felt new. The only downside was that my capsule was too hot and never really cooled down, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. If they can improve the ventilation, this would be a near-perfect capsule hotel for men in Osaka.

All capsule hotels in Osaka

Looking for a capsule hotel?

Developed in Japan, these cheap “pod” hotels are a novelty for any traveler. With rows of small single bed enclosed capsules, accommodations are basic and intended to be overnight. There's separate storage for luggage and gender-separate communal bathrooms. Some capsule hotels also have a sentō – a Japanese bath house, usually for male guests only.

Quite a nice gem ..I am glad i book this capsule hotel. It was good. better than i expected. It was clean and staff was helpful . There was a nice sushi stall just 50 m away from the Hotel .. Beyond that , the Metro subway is nearby .. and there are plenty of restaurant around the area. The hotel breakfast is ok. But the choice is limited. I like the capsule cabin ..great experience. I enjoy the japanese bath . Good locations ..and comfortable . Will be my prefer choice of stay whenever i am in osaka.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially around check-in / check-out and my baggage. Rooms were bigger (taller) than other capsule hotels I've stayed in. Room was clean and cosy and I appreciated the amenities provided, and the air conditioning control in the rooms. They even had an emergency button which I accidently pressed (thought it was the light switch) and a staff member came straight away. The bathrooms especially were well-kept and the female-only onsen was a nice addition.

A very faithful to the Japanese original capsule hotel concept establishment. Communal bath, with onsen and sauna facilities to boot. Basic amenities are provided generously, and some additional efforts are made to further convenient the guests with vending machines readily accessible by just tapping with the wristbands provided and put onto your tab which you would need to settle prior to checking out.

Not an average Japanese capsule hotel, the capsules are much roomier. The service is friendly. The bathing area on the top floor for men is just that plus.
