The cabin was surprisingly spacious - wider than a regular sized twin bed. The compartment had it's own little air flow AC, light and plugs by the pillow. Lockers were sufficient to fit my hand luggage sized back-pack. Plenty of soap and toiletries. A short work from the bright light streets of Shinjuku, but also in a quiet street. The room itself was dead quiet - obviously this is dependant on your room mates, as any noise would be heard.
