The location is convenient as it is a few streets away from both the seashore, the fort and the market streets. The hotel itself is very new and clean. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We especially liked the bathroom, the best we experienced in Jordan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was served at another facility, 1 mins away from Alena, on the rooftop with a view on the sea and the city. We stayed only for 1 night, but wished to have stayed more!

Bratus Hotel is new and very comfortable. Rooms are nice and despite some traffic in the streets around windows are sound proof and I had a good sleep. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and very tasty.

Good location. The hotel was very accomodating to our needs (we needed a very early breakfast because we were leaving for Petra and that was no problem). The guy at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms were big and nice considering the budget price.

Very aesthetic and beautiful - even better than the photos show. Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast and located in a quiet area. All products from this hotel is high quality - ex. Nespresso capsules in the room, slippers, bathroom articels and drinks in the fridge wich was included in the price. Also a very well equipped gym, with a seperate welness area. A hotel with high quality and ecofriendly focus.
