Excellent location. Couldn’t get closer to the bike park/lift and town. Apartment is large and spacious with all amenities you could need. Brilliant for families. Views from the balcony were incredible.

it’s not exactly like the picture but it was OK it was nice and clean , about the way you booked your apartment the policy was not that good we were eight and we book the exact same apartment we just pick persons because it’s lower price but even the 4 persons will live in the same apartment as the 2 or 10 .. but then the owner of the apartment called me and asked me to change my booking even though the cancellation was not free but he was such cooperative and allow me to cancel for free as long as I am booking for eight he was polite but we were contacting on WhatsApp only

Michael and Janine met us at the base of the road and transported us and all of our bags to the hutte. They were extremely helpful and showed us all of the key things about the accomodation. The use of space in the hutte is fantastic, with 8 of us comfortably fitting in just fine despite the small area. The hutte was well equipped and the hosts provided a lot of drinking water at the start of the week meaning we did not need to purchase much of our own. We managed to ski down from the hutte each morning and back to it from above each morning which was very convenient. On one day the schattberg x-press was closed early due to high winds meaning we were stranded in Saalbach at the base of the hill with all of our ski gear on. Michael drove all the way from Zell-Am-See at a moments notice to help us and give us a lift back up to the hutte. We were extremely grateful for this.

location , cleanliness , hennes , the owner of the chalet is an excellent host , always available for guidance and support. I reported to him that i damaged some glasses and he was smiling and did not charge us. I also wanted to barbeque ad he want all the way to show by his car some places and he offered me to provide all equipment's and tools for the grills.

Location was good, although the lack of snow made it a bit challenging to ski in and out. However, the service offered was outstanding, with shuttle bus service, welcome gifts, luggage storage, showers after check-out etc. Highly recommend staying at Bachgut!

I was told that the hotel didn't normally offer one but, as I had a two-week stay, they offered to provide it for me. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better, it being across the road from one telecabine lift, and right by direct access to the slopes, from which you could ski to another major telecabine lift.
