The staff went beyond to facilitate us. We arrived a day earlier and had a different chalet for that night! The next day, while waiting for our 2 nights stay, they allowed me to put all my luggage in one of their prêt à camper. I needed room for my dad's wheel chair while visiting. They are awesome!

The location was wonderful and so was the chalet. The chalet was very clean, modern, and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to return some day. It was much better than staying in a hotel and competitively priced. It was in a forested area surrounding Lac Saint-Charles just outside the town of Saint-Charles. It was about a 40 minute drive into Quebec City but within easy reach of it due to the good highway/road network. We spent most of our time in the historic part of Quebec City which was also spectacular. The whole area reminded me of Europe and made for a wonderful vacation.

The location was perfect! Close to a park where I run every morning, where also cross country trails are available. Fifty minutes from the ski Mountain, Le Massif.Twenty five minutes from Valcatier and walking distance to old Quebec, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, stores, etc. The condo was great size and had everything we needed. Also, very cozy, felt like we were home.

Location, nice living space, modern & comfortable; 2 big rooms with king beds. And Parking is definitely appreciated even if it is not indoor but just directly on the back entrance.
