The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The room was perfect and the terrace was amazing with a fantastic view. The pool was nice and the area was so beautiful with all the nature and the birds. We absolutely loved it here and would definitely come back again!

My first room was close to the road, a lot of noise. Manrique was very helpful in finding another room. Then I decided to stay an extra night and was upgraded to a room with a private thermal pool which was excellent.

The view from the room is amazing. The volcano is directly in view. The staff was really nice and helpful and the breakfast at both possible places was nice. The proximity to the Mistico Hanging Bridges was great for us because we had booked the 6AM bird watching tour and it was just a one minute walk to get there.

Had an awesome visit! There are SO many great sodas and places to eat at in town, we didn't necessarily want to pay for included breakfast. The kitchenette was perfect, and we could re-heat leftovers etc, but it really felt more like staying at our own place. We hardly saw another person (staff or guests, but we know they were there!) the whole time, and it was so peaceful. Staff was very responsive to questions via Whatsapp, and the instructions for getting in and out of the gate/ parking area/ keys etc were very clear.
