beautiful view of the volcano right from your bedroom. nice fresh cut grass to walk on barefoot. amazing pool. very nice minimalist rooms. the host, Komang, and his wife were incredible and made our first trip to Kintamani one we’ll always remember. from the second we arrived Komang was kind, helpful, and essentially helped plan our entire visit.

Stunning views for sunrise and sunset. Perfect for a couples getaway! Cute cabins - everything you need. Helpful and very friendly staff. Absolutely worth waking up early to see the sunrise from the room. We took a jeep tour up the mountain for sunset and it was gorgeous. There’s also a nice restaurant nearby walking distance. They decorated the bed with lettering and flower petals for our anniversary, so lovely!

The staff was extremely nice. Wayan, his uncle Radheya and their wives and family were all extremely courteous and sweet. We reached pretty late in the night because our taxi had a flat tyre (tyre puncture). And we wanted to book a sunrise trek for 3:30 am. When we reached we realized it can get pretty chilly (think 15 degrees Celsius in July) and we didn't have enough warm clothes. Wayan's wife has a shop with warm clothes and they were courteous enough to help us buy/rent them so late. He picked us up from main road, took us to cottage. His aunt and uncle who own the place made delicious home cooked vegan/vegetarian Indonesian food and even tweaked it slightly to fit our Indian vegetarian taste buds. Despite it being so late, Wayan agreed to be our guide and take us on the sunrise trek. He was very helpful throughout and was very knowledgeable about the Mt. Batur and Kintamani area, Hindu history, Balinese and Indonesian history. He also helped drop us back to Ubud at a reasonable price because it can be a little hard to find taxis in the area and took us to a hot spring, Toya Devasya (has an entry fee) and a coffee plantation, Segara Windhu (no entry fee) at no extra cost.

This accommodation offers a unique view of Mount Batur and surroundings with the extra of the luxury elements like the net and the bath. Due to its remote location a few things to eat were included although we didn't know until we got to the cabin, it would have been great if they had advised it before hand.

A lovely wooden cabin nestled on a hill of Kintamani. The view was breathtaking! We love the outdoor shower and are really happy that it has 2 bedrooms to accommodate our family. The projector, vinyl record player and artist easel with art supplies were a great touch! Putu took really great care of us during our stay. He assisted us with our questions and requests, and got our excursions settled. Thank you!
