I was worried the drive up wouldnt be easy in a small car from the other reviews but it was actually fine. Best to do it during the day of course but very doable in a small car if youre a bit adventurous.
There are phone carriers that work OK there - best to find out which ones before you go. Otherwise the family is super generous in setting up hotspots.

SerbiaGreat apartments! We stayed here as a family of four people with a dog, and we were perfectly accommodated. The house is new, very cozy, warm, and clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The windows offer a fantastic view of the mountains, and there is a forest nearby where you can take a walk.
There is space next to the house to park cars —we had two, and there were no issues at all; everything is very convenient. We arrived during the first heavy snowfall of the season and had to use chains to get there, but the road was cleared the next day, so don’t worry (although chains can always come in handy in the mountains 😁).
It takes about 35 minutes by car to get to the Kolasin 1450 ski resort. 👍
The host is polite and always available for any questions😊

United StatesThe cabin was beautifully designed and comfortable. All kitchen amenities necessary to prepare food and coffees, teas and condiments provided. The highlight is the owner’s grandmother who lives in a separate house on the property. She is delightful and happy to build a fire in the wood burning stove for you! The owner speaks English and is responsive and helpful.

AlbaniaThe cabin was very nice and we really liked it.It was warm,the old lady was so nice she set up the fire for us before we came so the cabin would be warm.The food was good,in Montenegrin standart of good food.
We had a problem with the wi-fi but it was solved very fast,and we were happy about it.
Overall its a nice place to stay and its worth it for the price!

United StatesWe booked Villana Rosa very last minute. The house is a 3-apartment complex that shares a common basement entertainment area, with a sauna, jacuzzi, pool table, and a workout room. They managed to get our apartment ready in 15 minutes. The entire place was spotless, rustic, and spacious. The kitchen area was fully stocked, and the staff will even start a fireplace for you if you like. If we could, we would stay longer, and we genuinely started planning a trip to Kolasin just to stay here again.
