A private sauna and outdoor whirlpool make it a very relaxing place to be.
But what is truly exceptional about the hotel is the staff. A special and heartfelt “thank you” to Jiovana, who is easily one of the best customer service providers that I have encountered in 40 years of travel. Jiovana, along with her colleagues, ensure that your stay is excellent.

It was slighty pricer than other options but we wished we stayed here the whole time we were in Zablijak. The host were so lovely. Very accomodating!! The views of both the sunrise and sunsets were incredible

Czech RepublicBasically everything was perfect. The place is so cosy, the views at the mountains are absolutely stunning. A small heater was a very nice addition. The place was small but not cramped at the same time. There is a huge window you can open all the way, so the place is full of warm light. The access roads are great, flat, no holes. The owner was especially kind, after forgetting a piece of jewelry at the kutak, she offered to send it to us with no charge. This was an exceptional stay.

United Arab EmiratesEverything right from the reception at arrival, quality of the rooms and the facilities at this boutique hotel. After staying I realized why they don’t have a cancellation policy. Glad we stayed here, cannot imagine how well they manage this property. The breakfast was amazing as well with an option of choice of eggs, plenty of tea and coffee options including a very good spread for a solid start to the morning. We had an issue with the highway closed on our way and we had to constantly be in touch with the hotel staff and they were extremely patient and helpful all through the way. Wish we could have stayed longer as we lost the day trying to get to the hotel.
