    The cabin faces Mount Kinabalu. Cabin 1 has an attic with a steep staircase. Lunging a large suitcase can be a challenge. We discovered many tiny ants in the kitchen. The cabin is adequately furnished. The path down to the cabin is quite a slope.

    The only good thing about this place is its location on the hills with a beautiful view. The room is very small, only a bed can fit in. The toilet and shower above the toilet smell of rotten sewage. The worst is the attitude of people who run the place. My room and bed were filled with insects. The staff’s only reaction to this was: well, it’s nature. I’ve lived in many places, incl basic rainforests huts, yet there were never so many insects 🐜 in my bed and the staff who didn’t care about it.
