we absolutely LOVED the Lofoten Cottages. To have all that space plus a washer, a drying rack, three separate bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, fire stove, living room AND an outside deck with views for days it was a dream. we highly recommend.

very good location, the host Johan is exceptional: attentive, informative. he give us a location only 6-7 minutes away from the lodge, but we shoot amazing photos of dancing northern lights and vibrant colors. He made our trip so fruitful. we are very lucky! thanks Johan!

Great location with beautiful views. Astrid and Trond were great communicators, checking in with us before arrival and making sure that everything was ready. Somehow the drive was even plowed and ready for us on a snowy day. Kitchen was well equipped and the living space was very cozy by the fire. Trond even made a special trip to refill our firewood. Can’t say enough about how’s great the place is. We will definitely return the next time we are in Lofoten.

    The view is amazing and we loved looking at it different times of the day! The buildings are modern and renovated. Had a good, modern kitchen and bathroom. It was really nice to sit on the cute bench outside our cabin!

    the cabin was perfect in size and well equipped. the kitchen was very comfortable. it smell new. all the compound is tidy and very well organized. possibility to "fuel" your car with electricity as part of the service. possibility for laundry. the location is perfect to explore the edge of the islands. we really loved the place!

    The cabin was warm, clean and comfortable, good quality of fixtures and fittings, nice bedding, excellent bathroom, great TV with streaming apps for when the weather is bad. The picture windows have a beautiful view, and we saw the northern lights from the sofa, and photographed them from the balcony. There are seals swimming in front of the balcony every day and we saw an eagle fishing right outside. Location is great - 15 minutes to drive to tourist sites in Hamnoy, or to shops and beaches around Ramberg. Fantastic stay.
