The villa was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 6. Location was excellent, being in close proximity to the old town, Nizwa fort and souq. There were a lot of cafes and restaurants available within a short walking distance. It was also a short walk to the goat souq for a memorable Friday morning experience. Keys pick up was easy and the owner was very considerate and checked in to make sure we settled in comfortably as well as ensuring the indoor pool was heated and ready for us. We also really enjoyed the free breakfast that came with the stay. Parking onsite (in the garage) was definitely a plus point! Overall it was an excellent stay!

Amazing place nested in the middle of the old town. Has private garage, 2 nice rooms, one with a king size bed, one with king size and single bed, so 5 people can sleep comfortably. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and a small but marvelous swimming pool, heaven after 4 long hours of drive to Nizwa. Host was super nice, there were kahwa & dates awaiting for us, in the middle of the kitchenette. The place is next to a beautiful mosque, built around 1200.
