Loved the location! The beach in front of the bungalows was pristine. We enjoyed snorkeling in the clear water and walking down the beach. The hosts even rented us a vehicle to use while we were there.

This little bungalow was such a pleasant surprise for us. It was new and fully equipped (even details as coffee maker, washing machine capsules, hairdryer…). It was on the end of a street and really quiet, I would definitely suggest it. Host even gave us fruits and water at arrival.

This homestay provides a garden as well as a terrace. The homestay features free Wifi and free private parking. There is a dining area and a kitchen complete with an oven, a microwave, and a fridge.

Meri Lodge offers two bungalows, one behind the main house away from the beach and one below the main living area, both separate and private from the family. We stayed in "Marta's Room", sharing the living space upstairs with the most delightful family one can imagine. We shared their space, cooking facilities, plates, cutlery, washing machine and veranda from which one had a grand view of the lagoon and sunset. Marta's room had a fridge, coffee machine, bath, shower and a comfortable double bed. We had access to a relaxing area in a back garden, a kayak, a white sand beach with a coral garden for good snorkelling especially to the north beyond the woodland.It is a 10 minute walk along the beach. The fish were not large nor numerous, but varied in species and the coral on the rocks were colourful. Meri Lodge is a 5-10 minute walk to the Yacht club into Fare, the main village of Huahine. There is a good Super U there and the ferry comes in from either Moorea or Ra'iatea, depending on the day. It is very hard to ask for a better experience, or a better location. Materirea (the owner) and Gisele manage everything together. They helped us immediately when we ran into a problem and needed a medical clinic. We cannot thank them or praise them enough. A car is available for hire if needed. We spent a day driving the island, and it was well worth it!
