**Amazing Stay at Sedona Village Lodge!** I cannot say enough wonderful things about my recent stay at Sedona Village Lodge! From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed and completely cared for. The star of my experience was Rosemary at the front desk. She is truly a gem! Rosemary went above and beyond to make my visit extraordinary. Her genuine kindness, attention to detail, and warm smile instantly put me at ease. She ensured every aspect of my stay was perfect, from answering my questions about the area to recommending the best spots to explore in Sedona. The lodge itself was cozy, clean, and full of charm, but it was Rosemary's exceptional service that made my stay unforgettable. She embodies the true spirit of hospitality, and I am so grateful for the care and thoughtfulness she showed me during my time there. Thank you, Sedona Village Lodge, and an extra-special thank you to Rosemary! You turned a great trip into a truly memorable experience. I can’t wait to return!

This wonderful place was situated in an idyllic mountain setting; home was nicely renovated and decorated; each room had plenty of storage, walk-in costs, and comfortable beds. The washer/ dryer was a pleasant bonus because we could clean all our belongings easily after a full day of UTV ride and hiking. The common areas (kitchen, dining, living room) were also very spacious. Unfortunately, we visited when a snowstorm was coming in. As a result, on Day 2 (all day and that evening), there was no electricity or heat, and the highways were shut down. This amount of snow is not an issue in New England, so we didn't think anything of it... just assumed all would be fixed by the end of the day. We were in Sedona that day, and the police wouldn't let us onto the highway to return to Munds. So we had to book a hotel elsewhere. Eric was very responsive and even looked up places for us to stay, offered to book another hotel, or refund us for the day. The next morning, the highway was re-opened for travel, and we immediately went to retrieve our belongings. Once I notified Eric, he promptly refunded us.

For active travelers, a chalet is a great mix of the outdoors and the snug inside. Usually fully furnished and with kitchen facilities, chalets are typically wooden and in the Alpine region of Europe, but can also be found other places in the world. Characterized by their sloped roofs, chalets can be single units or separate apartments, and are ideal for skiing vacations.
