We really enjoyed our stay here. Me and my husband, can’t say enough good things about the place, from the accommodating service provided during reservation.. the check- in and check-out process were fast and smooth. To us the best part was the continued communication of the staff, they always engaged with you all the time. They respond to you right away. And of course, the room were nice ,clean and spacious with full of amenities from the kitchen and bathroom necessities.The bathtub was a plus it’s very relaxing. Overall, good customer service, clean room and highly recommended.

the room is so clean, they put 2 piece of welcome chocolate on the bed which was so delicious. I can feel they care about the customer so much. The lobby is so cozy for couple to have a drink. Last but not least, the location of the lodge was totally perfect, we can walk to the lake round 6 mins. I will be back soon absolutely.

It is very comfortable, heavenly village was across the street and many store nearby. The place was very pretty and the staff communicated with you when you needed it. I would definitely come again. I would recommend it.

We have stayed at this property many times, both in the summer and for winter ski trips. Its inviting from the moment you walk in. Staff is welcoming and friendly, rooms are cozy and a complimentary breakfast is offered every Saturday. Location is quiet but close to the centre so is walkable.

    Our cabin was perfect. Loved the gas fireplace, the lounge with comfy couch and chairs for relaxing after a day's skiing. The communal spa was fun and good for sore muscles. The kitchen facilities were really handy for making our own dinner on the nights we felt like it. The people were absolutely lovely. Location was good with nice restaurants nearby and easy to get to the lifts with the free shuttle bus stopping virtually outside our lodge.
