We loved everything about this place. The grounds were stunning and the lodge itself was very nice. We had a huge room. This was also one of the few places we stayed that had good wifi. There was a cute jack russel who kept guard. The staff truly went above and beyond! From making us yummy meals to helping us buff out our rental car that we destroyed in Kruger. They even packed us lunches to take with us to Kruger! It was very nice chatting with the hosts and learning more about Africa and South Africa. Thank you for a great stay!

The Zarafa is so far the most beautiful resort we have stayed in. The villa is beautiful and spacious with a private pool. The staff makes sure that your stay is memorable, they take care of each and everything. Breakfast and Dinner are super tasty. Last but not the least the owner Barrie, he is a gem of a person. He takes care of each and everything from your safari to your transfers to anything you need. He gave his binoculars to us for the safari. Will definitely be coming back to this amazing place

This was the most amazing lodge we've stayed in. The rooms with the private plunge pool and beautiful deck overlooking the waterfall was so serene and beautiful. The grounds were immaculate and tucked into the forest. The food was delicious and the hosts were gracious and informative. They helped us plan our self drive route through Kruger. The Kruger gate is only 25 minutes away. I would return in a heartbeat just to spend my days at the lodge. It doesn't get any better than this!

This lodge is amazing. It is located in a forest area. You can take walks around the lodge and you can see impala and Kudu buck. The rooms are capacious with a private bathroom. There is a bar, a barbecue area and a dining area for breakfast. This is a B&B not dinner so you can find small restaurants in Hazyview if you want to have lunch or dinner as well. We went to the restaurant Tanks which offers take aways. It was only a 4 minute drive from the lodge. There is a swimming pool and you are situated within a forest , you can hear the river flowing by your bedroom and view hippos drinking water if you are lucky . I had a great time at this lodge. You can take a walk through the forest on the designated path track and you can see male or female nyala up close if you are lucky. The lodge is only an hour drive from Kruger International Airport so it is possible to fly here . I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful African lodge

    The shuttle services offered really helped eliminate a lot of traveling stress from the pick up to the drop off at Dukana shopping center. The staff was so friendly and welcoming especially the restaurant stuff, not forgetting Devine🤗. Complements to the Chef also 🏅👌. The house keeping services was great considering that I'm fussy when it comes to cleanliness due to my allergies. Lastly, the scenery and landscape was exceptional and exactly what i needed for the holiday, the Sabie river view by the dinning hall was exceptional.

    I loved everything about the place, the chalet was big, the rooms as well as the living area. The kitchen had everything just that we didn't cook. There is a fireplace, heater, air conditioner, fan and extra blankets and towels for when you want to go swim. We were all happy, the boys enjoyed swimming too.
