Our stay at Tomjachu was exceptional. We've never experienced such a good combination of service, location and food in our lives (even compared to 4* Hotels in Germany, France, Netherlands and Austria). The dishes were generous and delicious (breakfast, dinner and the lunch-packages), the staff was welcoming, attentive and helpful be it in spontaneous planning of activities or the arrangement of something (like Bush Dinner, Nature Drive or Breakfast). Furthermore the view and the whole surroundings were stunning. They have different animals there (Wildebeest, Giraffe, lot of birds, reptiles and so on.). Some people complained about the gravel road. If you have no lowered sport car you could do the road easily (we had a Toyota Corolla Quest).

Vaendzi Lodge is a recently renovated apartment in Nelspruit where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities.

The accommodation was located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood with malls nearby which made it extremely convenient. Furthermore, as it is quite hot in Mbombela, the aircon and humidifier were welcome additions, with 2 showers at the accommodation. There was also a pristine community pool to cool down, if needed.

Spacious and beautifully decorated room with large comfy bed. While in the city, the lodge is situated in a large natural bush environment and seems well away from others. Soft rugs especially at the shower where your feet sink in. Nice balcony to sit out on in the trees.
