All the staff were exceptional and no request was too much for them. My flight out was delayed by 4 hours so they let me stay in my room for the rest of the day which was awesome. They also provide a free shuttle into the falls a few times a day and a turn down service in the evenings to draw the mosquito nets which was a nice touch.
