Lovely location overlooking its own waterholes and a steady movement of game animals in/out which made for remarkable sights. Excellent game drives with very knowledgeable drivers. Muchenje Campsite and Cottages offers three self-catering units, each featuring an open-plan kitchenette that is equipped with an oven, toaster and refrigerator. The cottages have everything you could need, they are well equipped and they've thought of the small but important details too. The location is fantastic to explore the quieter side of Chobe National Park and has stunning sunsets over the Chobe River Floodplain.

Baobab Prison Tree Kasane is 1.6 km from Chobe Safari Lodges, while Sedudu Gate Chobe National Park is 6.6 km away. Kasane Airport is 5 km from the property, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service. Location along the river is great and the rooms very well appointed and roomy. Outstanding breakfast buffet, and staff very helpful in arranging take-away breakfasts and lunches formal day excursions. Buffet dinners at Sududu Grill were good, but not outstanding. It is a very big complex spread out across to main lodges.

Sedudu Gate Chobe National Park is 7.9 km from the accommodation, while Impalila Conservancy is 23 km away. Kasane Airport is 7 km from the property, and the property offers a free airport shuttle service. This is a hidden gem if you are looking for Self catering Facilities in Kasane . The rooms are large and well equipped with creature comforts . The staff is very friendly and happy to consider all your requests . We met Rati in the front office and she was super helpful. The breakfast spread is adequate and the walk to the river jetty is quite rewarding for birds . There is a resident large group of banded mongooses who are super cute and on their own . The trees in the property are filled with weaver bird nests and there is a raucous group of Grey Turacos and Mouse birds who will keep you rapt with attention at their antics . The restaurant also serves lunch & dinner and has room service although a limited menu.

Each unit is equipped with seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a kitchenette, dining area and private bathrooms. All units include a desk. Very nice stuff, which supported us in anyway. A lot of space in the Villas. Great Chobe boat trip and drive. We liked it.

All of the hotel staff are outstanding and made our trip the best it possibly could be. They all go above and beyond. Special mention to Mossie who is a star. they offer a free lunch which is great!

African Sunsets (Bophirimo Self-Catering Guest House), a property with a garden, is situated in Kasane, 2.4 km from Baobab Prison Tree Kasane, 4.2 km from Sedudu Gate Chobe National Park, as well as 4.3 km from Mowana Golf Course. There is a private entrance at the chalet for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. We were truly grateful as we had to book another game drive the day we were checking out due to heavy rainfall. We hardly saw any animals that day. So we were given a place to keep our bags and relax until the time the game drive was due around 2pm. I would honestly recommend anyone to book here it is really a lovely place and value for money. There is a private bathroom with shower in all units, along with free toiletries and bathrobes. We had a wonderful welcome at Ghoha Hills. The situation of the Lodge is great, on a hill overlooking Savuti. The game drives were great and had a wonderful guide. The accommodation is very comfortable and all the staff were lovely. We ate very well. Would definitely go back there again.
