Both times we stayed, we saw seals in the river on a sandbank. There was access to a small beach as well. The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was everything you needed to make a meal. The room was spacious and had a sitting area, table and chairs for eating, a kitchen area and a bedroom area.

You stay in your own private house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, beautifully designed with modern furnishings and great attention to detail. The highlight for me was the huge balcony overlooking the nearby river – an ideal place to relax in total peace and quiet. Everything worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.
