The property was in a quiet neighborhood near the ocean and protected by an access gate. The room was very clean and well appointed with a small refrigerator, kettle and other items that would be expected. The host (Isabella) was very nice and always available for questions.

One of the cabins additionally has a private sauna made from a wooden barrel. The cabanas exceeded our expectations. We loved the Sauna/Jacquzzi. The location of the property was pretty close to the airport/town. The bed was super comfortable and the Cabanas was a great size. It was incredible seeing the glacier from the windows and the horses outside of our Cabana. Just breathtaking and relaxing. The best part of it all was David. He treated us like family and helped us plan our trip from start to finish which made it way easier with a baby. Even when the taxi driver could not pick us up David came and drove us back to our Cabana. Similarly he ran to the airport to give us a charger we needed and left behind. He is on top of things - checking in, making sure we were comfortable and had all our needs met. He made the experience for us feel so comfortable and cared for. He really made the trip. I highly recommend this place!

Nestled on a hill overlooking the rio Rasmussen, you had views of incredible landscapes and animals. Juan and Ninni are hosts extraordinaire. They and their assistants made sure we had everything we needed. We had fires in our rooms to keep us warm, coffee to go for our day adventures and any question we had was answered in full. Then there was the cooking. These two know how to prepare some of the best Chilean meals one could imagine. You would expect that quality of meals from very high end restaurants but to enjoy such delicacies in such an amazing setting was divine.

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

Great location. Our room was perfect for four people with four individual twin beds. The kitchen had everything we needed and the location was great.
