The staff is super friendly, perfectly fluent in English. The food was the best I've eaten in Chile. The whole eco-concept is going beyond simple recycling, they are trying as hard as it gets to function sustainably.

Juan and Ninni are hosts extraordinaire. They and their assistants made sure we had everything we needed. We had fires in our rooms to keep us warm, coffee to go for our day adventures and any question we had was answered in full. Then there was the cooking. These two know how to prepare some of the best Chilean meals one could imagine. You would expect that quality of meals from very high end restaurants but to enjoy such delicacies in such an amazing setting was divine.

The owner & staff were very helpful organizing transfers to & from Puerto Williams, bicycles & kayaking, whale watching and glacier visits, laundry services etc. Dinners were well prepared and of good quality. Really nice cocktail bar. Perfect place to slow down and enjoy the nature.
