Great view! Was located on top of Gergeti, absolutely doable without a car, it’s a nice 30-40min walk from Kazbegi. The host was excellent, he helped with everything, and was very flexible.

We’ve stayed in Arsha View last summer and we have been mesmerised by the warm welcome and great accomodations! This time it was all the same, but with mountains covered with snow and twinkling lights on the small firs. The house was warm, we had enough blankets to cover the entire place, also no problem with hot water or any electrical supplies. All in all - best New Years ever!

Jak se již řeklo, úžasný výhled, soukromá poloha, vlastní parkoviště. Chata je nová, dobře vybavená, i když na vaření by se hodily i menší hrnce, aby se 2 vedle sebe na vařič vešly. Ale možná jsme výjimky, které na dovolené vaří. Majitel je velmi komunikativní, nejlépe v ruštině, je milý, ochotný a dobře poradil s výběrem restaurace dole ve Stepancminda. Měli jsme špatné počasí, ale v chatě se dalo topit a bylo tam velmi příjemně. Velmi doporučuji.

We spent 2 amazing nights in this cottage with my friend and son. The managers are so friendly and helpful. We are so happy that we choose this option. We have amazing experiences. The location and view from front and back of the house is simply jaw dropping. I couldn't say enough good about the beauty of it. Cabin is nestled away seamlessly in the landscape, with wild horses and cows visiting nearby. Beautiful little touches around the house and a fully functional kitchen with all the amenities. Very comfortable bed and fresh towels. Shower even had a view !

Our stay at the mountain cottage in Gergeti was truly exceptional, surpassing all our previous experiences in Kazbegi. Everything about it was simply perfect! The cottage itself and all its furnishings were brand new, impeccably clean, and every tiny detail was carefully thought out. You could feel the care and attention the hosts put into every corner of the cottage, making it incredibly cozy and comfortable. The panoramic views from the windows were breathtaking, allowing us to admire the landscapes without even stepping outside. Inside, it was warm and there were no interruptions with hot water (a common issue in winter mountain stays due to low temperatures). Situated at the very top of Gergeti, away from the village center with its shops and cafes, it's advisable to stock up on groceries beforehand. However, if needed, there are a couple of tiny shops in Gergeti with the essentials. Thanks to its location, the cottage offers magnificent views, and it's conveniently positioned for a stroll to the Trinity Church. During the low season in winter, with fewer cars on the road, it's even possible to ascend the mountain road instead of a hiking trail, offering incredible views along the entire route! We are already planning our next trip and can't wait to return to this cottage again:)
