Situated 1.1 km from Chelem Beach, Cabanas Jaalkab offers free bikes, an outdoor swimming pool and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The cabins were amazing and really comfortable! They are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed is comfy and the net does protect you from any mosquitoes which might have gotten into the room, although I didn’t see any inside (there were many outside, but repellent kept them at bay). The staff was friendly and ready to help, and they lent us beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The pool was slightly cold, but still quite pleasant and clean! The Wi-Fi works perfectly well for working remotely, and there are sufficient power outlets inside and outside the cabins. On the TV there is Netflix and other streaming platforms. There is also a temazcal (traditional sauna) which works on scheduled days and can seat large groups. There is no kitchen inside the cabins, but there is a fridge to keep food fresh, and there is a shared kitchenette with an electric stove, near the site’s entrance, and the staff can lend you a pan to cook a quick meal. Hot coffee is prepared and served for free twice a day. There is sufficient, safe, and convenient parking space for all guests, and the staff lends you a little trolley so your luggage can be carried around easily to your cabin without getting soiled with sand. I would definitely recommend it to any traveller, and I will surely come back with my family one day! The property has one pet-friendly cabin only, so if you are coming with your pet it’s worth booking and letting them know in advance.

Situated in Santa Cruz in the Yucatán region, Awakening Sanctuary features accommodation with free private parking. Some units have a terrace and/or a balcony with pool or garden views. Excellent place to connect with nature. Beautiful cenote on site. Great for bird watching, quiet and the room has its unique style. We saw a monkey in the threes. The staff was super friendly.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, and a terrace, Cabañas Los Gallitos Ecolodge provides accommodation in Sacalum with free WiFi and pool views. This lodge also features a private pool. Los Gallitos cabanas are very close to a number of cenotes we visited. The cabana was also clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Set in Valladolid, Ecohotel Shalom offers accommodation with a terrace or a balcony, free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. We liked being out of the cities, with a helpful family, very convenient parking, private bathroom, variety of furniture, use of their swimming pool & patio, private mini-fridge, optional morning tea with host, and modern & fresh accommodations. Wonderfully quiet site and serene landscape & neighbors. We ought to have planned longer here.

Featuring a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace and views of the garden, Eco-Hotel Nueva Altia is located in Santa Elena and provides accommodation with free WiFi. breakfast was a home-cooked omelette with black beans on the side, it was very tasty. There was a fruit plase before the main plate. We were offered a choice of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The room was spotless and charming. iy is an idyllic setting.

The Lodge at Uxmal is located within Uxmal Archaeological Park, just a few steps from the pyramids and temples. Excellent location, just next to entrance of Uxmal archaeologic site. Gardens, pools and rooms very pleasantly designed and well taken care of. Jungle vibe is amazing.

With Kukulcan Stadium reachable in 49 km, Quinta YaaxBe provides accommodation, a restaurant, free bikes, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Our hosts were extremely nice and wholesome. They gave us a lot of information on the town and what to do - and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Bikes free to take during the stay are a big plus.

Situated in Valladolid, Kuun Beek, hotel y centro holistico features accommodation with a year-round outdoor pool, a garden and a terrace. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of green which immediately gives a relaxing feeling because it is so peaceful. The room was a good size and it was very clean. The kitchen is well equipped, and also clean. The location is ideal if you have a car, easy drive to discover the cenotes, the city and more. Gracie is a host with many interesting stories to tell and great recommendations. Recommend and would come here again. Great place to relax and ground

Set in Ek'Balam in the Yucatán region, Cabaña Magica & Yoga has a balcony and garden views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The location among the trees, the proximity to the ruins, and the host's flexibility and charisma were fantastic. The cabin's aesthetics were charming, with good parking, a great view, and plenty of space. The host was very kind and gave us amazing conversation and helpful recommendations. While the access route isn't the easiest, the host guided us in a much simpler way to find the place.
