And as an added bonus, you could wash your own laundry by hand.

Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport is 130 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. We booked our stay at Todo Bien and immediately received a message from the owner, Tim — such a warm and welcoming gesture that made us feel at home right away! That feeling only grew stronger upon arrival. We were given the largest cabin, which was absolutely beautiful, and the entire accommodation exceeded our expectations. Tim’s constant help and availability throughout our stay were phenomenal — it truly made a difference. The breakfast each morning was also delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We booked a surf lesson through Todo Bien as well, and it was incredibly informative and fun. We stayed at another accommodation nearby afterward, but we already miss Todo Bien… The atmosphere and feeling we had there will be hard to match. Highly recommended!

At the hotel, all rooms are fitted with a wardrobe and a balcony with pool view. All guest rooms at Monoloko Lodge Popoyo come with a private bathroom and bed linen. We stayed here for a few days and had a wonderful time! The garden, pool, and cabins are beautiful, creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. We also really appreciated the included breakfast option—it was a great way to start each day. The beach is within walking distance, which was very convenient. However, there are only a few restaurants nearby; most are located a bit farther away. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

Located in Balgue in the Ometepe region and Maderas Volcano reachable within 13 km, Finca Ometepe provides accommodation with free WiFi, BBQ facilities, a garden and free private parking.

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. This finca is a working farm and orchard. The animals provide a grounding effect and the orchard is varied and lovingly kept up. As is the entire property. The hosts are wonderful and caring and provided excellent service in helping us decide on tours and guides. Overall, it was extra special in every way! From now on, it will be where I stay when visiting Ometepe!

Norlan the housekeeper is also a lovely guy. The room was comfortable and clean (it was also cleaned a couple times during our stay), the kitchen is really good (fresh coffee every morning!), there are hammocks and tables outside for hanging during the heat of the day. The location is excellent - just off the beach, near the only two shops in Popoyo, next to several restaurants and opposite a board rental place. Easy access to the reef break (about 10-15mins walk), a bit longer to Beginners Bay. Wifi wasn’t great in our room but fine in the communal spaces. Great vibes, wish we could have stayed longer!

Parque Nacional Santa Rosa is 49 km from the accommodation, while Junquillal Bay Wildlife Refuge is 46 km away. This is one of my favorite lodgings during my long travels through Central America. The hosts were exceptional, the meals exquisite, and the space wonderful. The nature surrounding the lodge was an amazing respite from the busy cities. Waking to the sound of howler monkeys and the waves along the shores of Lake Cocibolca was magical.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Absolutely stunning property situated in the middle of the jungle with beautiful views. You are right in the middle of it all - the sounds, smells and views are all amazing and so relaxing. Breakfast was unreal and staff was lovely. This was a beautiful experience for us!
