Everything was perfect! The loveliest hosts, Maykell and his family, and Joe, incredibly welcoming and helpful. Maykell was able to organise motorbike hire, tours, taxis, and anything else we needed. The restaurant food was delicious and so fresh, we ate there many times, and each meal was perfect. The property is stunning, well located, and right in the jungle. The views are superb and we watched monkeys play all morning from our porch. We were lucky enough to try both the quadruple and double rooms, (due to a free upgrade for a few nights) and both were exceptional. Clean, comfortable, and spacious with great outdoor space and views. The wifi worked well during our whole stay. And it was very affordable! Definitely book to stay here for your time on Ometepe!!

With lake views, Finca Mystica is situated in Ometepe and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are accessible at the lodge free of charge. One of the most magical places I’ve been to. The road to there is bumby, meaning that it’s literally in the middle of nowhere/nature. I personally loved that. We drove there by pick up and already the way up there felt like an adventure itself. Once arrived, we saw the magical lights everywhere. The owners really wanna make it a special place, welcome you warmly, have the best food I’ve had in Nicaragua. Whatever you order, it’s amazing. The rooms were super comfortable, big, beautifully decorated and I slept like a baby. The whole area is family-/kid-friendly, nice to calm down, relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. Absolutely perfect.

With garden views, Eco lodge finca magdalena is set in Altagracia and has a restaurant, a shared kitchen, bar, garden and terrace. Both WiFi and private parking are available at the lodge free of charge. The views, sounds of the jungle and the coffee were all amazing! And as an added bonus, you could wash your own laundry by hand.

Maderas Beach is 1.8 km from the lodge, while Christ of the Mercy Nicaragua is 8.8 km from the property. Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport is 130 km away, and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service. Amazing place in the middle of the jungle. At the hotel, all rooms are fitted with a wardrobe and a balcony with pool view. All guest rooms at Monoloko Lodge Popoyo come with a private bathroom and bed linen. We had a super stay at Monoloko - we rented 3 of the 4 cabanas and were well looked after. The cabanas are mega cute & well decorated, the pool is a great touch, and you are walking distance from the beach. What's not to like.

There is a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries in each unit, along with a hairdryer. It felt peaceful and private, yet also safe! We loved the butterflies in front of our cabin and we liked all the greenery. The kitchen was perfect and I loved having two lounge areas (eating and sitting). Staff was very friendly!

Maderas Volcano is 6.2 km from Dragon's Garden. The location and price of Dragon's Garden is what I appreciated most. The cabins are eco friendly, there are dry toilets on the property, the showers are beautiful. All in all I think the price for what is provided is excellent. This and the staff is extremely friendly.
