Set in Motueka, Eden's Edge Lodge offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden, a shared lounge and a terrace. Some units also have a kitchen equipped with a fridge, a microwave, and a stovetop. We had a 2 night stay here. The attention to detail at Eden's Edge is exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was a varied and tasty 'help yourself' and the communal kitchen well-equipped. The laundry room is a helpful addition. Lovely gardens and views and plenty of outdoor seating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Boasting garden views, Tophouse Mountainview Cottages offers accommodation with balcony, around 34 km from Rainbow Valley. Very beautiful place. We enjoyed the dinner there.

Featuring a sauna, RIMU CABIN 16min drive to Kaiteriteri Beach is located in Motueka. The property features garden views. Husband and I liked everything including the compost toilet but especially the very private outdoor shower! We felt very private. It was a very quiet area. Our cabin was surrounded with lush fruit and native trees which of course attracts all the birds and their songs to this place to feed and nest. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. Max gave us a tour of the property and some of the history of the house and nearby river which runs the length of the property. Lyn was a source information regarding naming all the tree species, showering us with fresh cow’s milk and fruit juices. She was able to suggest many and varied areas to visit nearby as well as on the North Island. Everything was clean and functional. We were grateful to have booked two nights which was the perfect amount of time to unwind, relax and regroup. A charming and unique experience at Remu Cabin. We walked away feeling we had the best time and that it was great value. The pictures say it all.

The property is located in a beautiful, quiet area. It is really clean and has all the equipment that you need for a short stay. It is close to Takaka which is convenient.

Offering sea views, Whare Aroha: Retreat to Wellness in Pakawau offers accommodation, a garden and a terrace. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. We came out this way to visit Farewell Spit, so it was pretty special to stay in a place with such amazing views of it! We had a stunning sunrise, and also a moonrise to watch, and the place had everything we needed to cook dinner and enjoy. Our RAV4 had no troubles with the driveway.
