On top of that, Tupac the llama-dog was so fun. He surely contributes to making everyone happy by being such as lovely pet. I highly recommend the Spirit of the River lodge.

I couldn't wish a better landing to the Ands. The place is great, very quiet village, clean, nicely decorated and easy to get to (you can catch colective transport from Pisac comunity museum for 2 soles, you can also hire a motorbike taxi or I was happy to walk down the hill to Pisac). There is a small shop nearby to get water and food, the plae has well equipped kitchen and wifi. The host is very friendly and helpful. I was amazed how clear the night sky is at night to see the stars. Also there is a archeological site in near distance, much bigger and quieter then Machu Picchu.
