You can really feel the care and passion behind the place. Communication with the team was always clear, friendly and helpful. A perfect place to fully disconnect and experience the North. Highly recommended — we would happily come back!

The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

The bunk beds were comfortable and cozy. There was enough kitchen equipment and the bathroom was good. It’s a cabin in the woods. Sten was very helpful and made us feel comfortable and welcome. He took us to the supermarket to get what we needed on the way to transferring us to Camp Caroli. I didn’t want to stay in the cabin for the afternoon like my family did so I asked Sten if we could go ice fishing. He said he could organise it in an hour. I was so grateful and it was fun driving a snow mobile for the first time on the frozen lake where we made holes in the snow and ice to fish! So good. Such a wonderful experience. Everyone loved the dogs and the dog sledding the day before. Fantastic stay and adventure fur us
