Situated in Kiruna and only 18 km from Kiruna Train Station, Reindeer Riverfront Aurora lodge features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The hosts were super nice and the cabin was well appointed. Surroundings were peaceful and the cabin is not far from Kiruna.

Northernlight cabin 2 is set in Kiruna, 22 km from LKAB Visitor Centre, 36 km from Esrange Space Center, and 20 km from Kiruna Folkets Hus. Cosy cabin situated on the edge of the lake, it was clean, modern and exactly just the right distance from Kiruna centre, around 15mins drive. The bed was amazing, on a raised platform with a panoramic view of the Northern Lights before sleep. Communication was great throughout.

Northernlight cabin is a beachfront property situated in Kiruna, 19 km from Kiruna Bus Station and 22 km from LKAB Visitor Centre. Amazing cabin with a stunning view.

Featuring lake views, Arctic Gourmet Cabin in Kiruna features accommodation, free bikes, a garden, a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

This hotel is in Abisko, just 2 minutes’ walk from Abisko Östra Train Station. Abisko Mountain Lodge’s in-house restaurant Brasserie Fjällköket has a seasonal menu based on locally sourced... Overall, excellent stay. Abisko Mountail Lodge has an excellent location, few meters away from beautiful hike trails, few hundred meters away from the train station, and at the same time located away from the small town, making it an ideal location!

Reindeer Lodge features a sauna and free private parking, and is within 23 km of Kiruna Train Station and 20 km of Kiruna Bus Station. Our room was clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed. .Breakfast was served daily and offered a variety of foods. The ladies that worked in the reception were so nice and accommodating.

Set in Jukkasjärvi, 23 km from Kiruna Train Station and 21 km from Kiruna Bus Station, Camp Caroli Wooden Cabins offers accommodation with free WiFi and a garden with a terrace and garden views. Good location for northern lights. The frozen lake is just by the side of the Camp.

Surrounded by forest, Aurora Camp Kurravaara is right by the Torne River, 13 km from Kiruna Airport. Facilities include a sauna and a furnished terrace. One of the best places we've ever stayed. Main disclaimer is you absolutely need a car to stay here. If you are not renting a car, stay closer to town. We had a car and intentionally booked a place outside of town that would give us greater visibility of the aurora. The location of this property is unlike any other. You can go on hikes to see the lights at all hours of the night and you get 360 degree views of the sky if you walk out onto the lake. The wilderness left cabin was equipped with everything we could ever need. Warm, comfortable beds, great shower facility and best of all was our private sauna. The staff was extremely helpful when we struggled making a fire for the sauna. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return someday!
