The cabin was modern and very cozy. We had a beautiful view and could do little nature walks around the property and area. Really appreciated the extra mile our host went to! We were also lucky enough to see the northern lights during our stay.

The cabin was so well thought out, cosy and perfect for northern light watching! The high up electric bed was fab and super comfy. Cecilia came to greet us and was lovely and welcoming, she has two very happy dogs too! I would recommend this place to anyone, it was excellent value for money and one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

O restaurante do Abisko Mountain Lodge, Brasserie Fjällköket, tem um menu sazonal que usa ingredientes de origem local.... Atendimento foi muito bom, com equipe atenciosa e cuidadosa. O restaurante também foi excelente e o lobby da pousada muito aconchegante. O hotel era bem perto da estação de trem e do mercado, então isso foi ótimo. Mas como fomos fora de temporada, ficou mais difícil se locomover sem carro.

A traditional complex in a sami family with all facilities surrounded by forest and reindears plus a moose who visited us one evening. I liked absolutely everything. Great experience of escaping from the city and being among nature. Stefan is a great host! We also took a snowmobile tour and enjoyed winter activities. Also, from the house along the lake you can walk in an hour to the ice hotel, and along the way you can enjoy the snow, mountains, forest and beautiful views. I hope that we will return to Camp Caroli once again to see the northern lights again and live this experience away from the city alone with nature.

Rodeado por uma floresta, o Aurora Camp Kurravaara fica bem ao lado do Rio Torne, a 13 km do Aeroporto de Kiruna. As comodidades incluem sauna e terraço mobiliado. One of the best places we've ever stayed. Main disclaimer is you absolutely need a car to stay here. If you are not renting a car, stay closer to town. We had a car and intentionally booked a place outside of town that would give us greater visibility of the aurora. The location of this property is unlike any other. You can go on hikes to see the lights at all hours of the night and you get 360 degree views of the sky if you walk out onto the lake. The wilderness left cabin was equipped with everything we could ever need. Warm, comfortable beds, great shower facility and best of all was our private sauna. The staff was extremely helpful when we struggled making a fire for the sauna. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return someday!
