The hosts were super nice and the cabin was well appointed. Surroundings were peaceful and the cabin is not far from Kiruna.

Superb, quiet cabin, with a stunning view over a frozen river. Great location to relax and take in the nature. Short 15 mins drive from the airport, easily accessible with a rental car, with the cabin being both remote and actually not too far of a drive from a small supermarket etc. Extremely nice and helpful owners, with Cecilia being super warm and always at the ready to help, living on the same property. Very clean cabin, with a great high bed, incl.a remote-control adjustable matress and a huge panoramic window above the bed, for that perfectly relaxing viewing point for aurora. Highly recommendable !

Nastanitev Arctic Gourmet Cabin je v mestu Kiruna in ponuja restavracijo, sobno postrežbo, bar, vrt, teraso, opremo za peko na žaru ter pogled na jezero. The host, Johan, was really nice and hospitable and the location itself was lovely as it was remote and allowed us to gaze up at the aurora without light pollution getting in the way. Unfortunately I believe those were the only two reasons I was not entirely disappointed with my choice.

Nastanitev Camp Caroli Wooden Cabins je v mestu Jukkasjärvi, 23 km od znamenitosti Železniška postaja Kiruna ter 21 km od znamenitosti avtobusna postaja Kiruna, in nudi brezplačen WiFi, vrt s teraso... I liked absolutely everything. Great experience of escaping from the city and being among nature. Stefan is a great host! We also took a snowmobile tour and enjoyed winter activities. Also, from the house along the lake you can walk in an hour to the ice hotel, and along the way you can enjoy the snow, mountains, forest and beautiful views. I hope that we will return to Camp Caroli once again to see the northern lights again and live this experience away from the city alone with nature.

Surrounded by forest, Aurora Camp Kurravaara is right by the Torne River, 13 km from Kiruna Airport. Facilities include a sauna and a furnished terrace. One of the best places we've ever stayed. Main disclaimer is you absolutely need a car to stay here. If you are not renting a car, stay closer to town. We had a car and intentionally booked a place outside of town that would give us greater visibility of the aurora. The location of this property is unlike any other. You can go on hikes to see the lights at all hours of the night and you get 360 degree views of the sky if you walk out onto the lake. The wilderness left cabin was equipped with everything we could ever need. Warm, comfortable beds, great shower facility and best of all was our private sauna. The staff was extremely helpful when we struggled making a fire for the sauna. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return someday!

Just 500 metres from the slopes of Riksgränsen Ski Resort, these apartments feature private balconies and modern kitchens with microwaves, fridges and tea/coffee makers. Nice place with beautiful views. Kitchen had everything needed.
