Roberto and his team are beautifying the lodge with so much love! The huts are spacious, stylish, clean and WiFi works everywhere. The garden is soo beautiful! The bar has always cold dinks and the food is cooked with love. All the meals we had were delicious. The lodge is situated between a lake, where you can observe birds and the ocean. The day trip with Moize is a must! It was so hard to leave! Highly recommended!

Fromagerlodge está a 22 km de Basse-Casamance National Park y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, piscina de temporada al aire libre, jardín y terraza. Giulio and the entire family at Fromager are excellent hosts! The property itself is in a lovely garden setting, shady and cool. Our bungalow was clean and comfortable with hot water. Best of all was the pizza and pasta served, along with good bread, coffee and wine -- very Italian! Giulio also helped us secure ferry tickets, saving us a trip to Zinguinchor to buy them. And although the location is not on the beach, once you cross the big road, the path is a lovely, sandy track, taking about 15 minutes. It's a very long walk into town (45 minutes?) but you can jump in a taxi easily enough.
