We stayed twice - reception staff on our second visit were really friendly and helpful. Room size was great. Pool and hot tub were good. Shuttle service to and from the airport worked well - goes every half hour from P4 no booking needed and then you book with reception for journeys back to airport.

Location was absolutely perfect, close to heaps of attractions, subway stations, restaurants/food, shops etc. The fact that a good breakfast was included. Friendly staff, free reliable internet, bag storage after checking-out, organising of hotel shuttle, the gym, lay-out of rooms, pantry/fridge/big tv in room, safety cupboard in room, etc

Good to have a safe where to leave our passports, concierge helped us a lot with organising things (Rolando did organise to be precise), he kept on top of airport shuttle buses, multi visit bookings, directions to subway, things to avoid, etc. The concierge is a great service that of course is paid in fees or in the hotel stay, but it shares knowledge that the visitor can’t afford to build up.
