It us a stunning resort. The rooms/villa are outstanding. The staff is just wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful. A special thank you to Cristy Gonzales. The food was excellent and such a huge variety. We loved the bicycles in the resort to get to the various places. We enjoyed playing pool. The use of the pool areas. The yoga class was divine too. We decided after all it was too hot for the tennis court. Werde use though if the free shuttle service to the beach. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful and we were impressed with the service and facilities (especially the enormous bedroom and ensuite). There is a free shuttle service into town which is very convenient. A choice of two beautiful pools and an amazing spa centre and restaurant. We loved all the extra activities like Tai Chi and yoga. It's worth staying out of town in this tranquil garden setting for some quiet and relaxation.

Beautiful hotel in stunning grounds. Rooms were spacious and clean. Enormous pool with pool bar and poolside dining. Staff were very attentive throughout the resort, especially Thanh from guest relations. Fantastic food at the restaurant. Breakfast was great with a good variety. Cocktails and canapes each afternoon were a lovely treat. Just a five minute taxi ride into Hue (we used Grab which is readily available). There is a shuttle bus which runs from the hotel but the times didn’t work for us. Would highly recommend.

This is a first class resort about 15 mins drive from the Imperial city. I cannot praise the staff at this resort enough, everyone we dealt with was extremely polite, hardworking and helpful. Claudia was fantastic and a real pleasure to talk to. The resort has a large swimming pool and a beautiful large private pool for those staying in the Villas and bungalows. I would highly recommend the Villas. A complimentary shuttle bus takes and returns guests to Hue. We stayed 4 nights and could easily have stayed more

This hotel is fairly new and decorated well. The glass pool is amazing and it has a pretty good view. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and the staff were amazing and very helpful. The rooms are spacious with a lovely bathroom. The hotel was quiet. They provided a free shuttle to the town and this was very helpful, on time and and easy.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Hué. The team is a real plus. They give you a very warm welcome, I was able to benefit from a shuttle service from the airport and got lots of tips for the city. They do everything to make your stay an excellent one. They organised a driver for me so that I could see sights that were not within walking distance. The hotel is located in the heart of Hué and at the same time in a small street, very quiet, so you could sleep very well. Great value for money, I would love to come back.

The resort is located at a beautiful location. It is very quiet. We stayed in a large villa, tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff were excellent, very friendly. We had bad luck with the weather but visiting Hue (40 minutes drive by the free shuttle) was a perfect alternative. The Hotel Manager Cristy took personal care of us, suggesting what to do in Hue, showing us around.
