Situated at the base of the wild Tsitsikamma Mountains, The Fernery overlooks an impressive 30-metre waterfall in the Sanddrift River gorge. This lodge is absolutely amazing from the warm and comfortable rooms to the delicious food and the awesome staff who ensure your every need is met. I loved the views and everything about this stunning lodge. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

We absolutely loved our stay at Africamps Oakhurst. We had the best fun-filled weekend. The staff were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. The kids enjoyed all the activities. The forest walk is breathtaking. Food is delicious. Beds are comfy. The hot tub was amazing. The farm is stunning. Everything was explained in detail - great communication. The horses are well groomed and beautiful. My son loved the pony rides. We wanted a break to unwind where the kids won't be bored. This place is a true gem.. We will surely return
