Zur Alten Mine is situated 5 km outside of Graskop. Guests can walk around the dam in the gardens or hike up to the old mine.

The tastefully decorated chalets are fully equipped and some of them offer views. Each unit comes with a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Woodburner in the house. Nice cooking facilities and amazing breakfast with lots of home made and local products. Host very hospitable and provided all the tips to visit the surrounding areas.

Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking a large rim-flow swimming pool. An outdoor boma fireplace provides entertainment and dining options to guests. We had an absolute amazing stay at Muluwa Lodge. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Super clean and the food is so delicious. They take so great care of us and we felt like part of their family.

George and Zelda are amazing hosts. The lodge is very nice. The rooms are spacious, modern and airconditioned. Without a doubt the best location we stayed at in our 3 weeks in South Africa. We booked a full day Gamedrive in Kruger with Khululeka and we were fortunate to see the big 5 in one day! It's truly a magical and special place.
