The property is beautiful , clean , well located , the bed was so comfortable , they have hot shower and the view from the room is BREATHTAKING. The best view of my life ( and I’ve been to 57 countries so imagine ! ) Great value for your money … if it were anywhere else in the world that hotel could charge at least 10 times more ! All The staff were absolutely lovely and they all made my staying so much more easier and comfortable . I felt safe as a female solo traveler and would recommend big time !

Charming Comfortable Rooms, Lots of Hot Water, Mini Fridge in Room, Views to die for, Lovely Terrace on 3rd Floor, Restaurant on Premises with some of the best foods I've ever eaten, Daily Housekeeping, Couple minutes walk from the historic rock churches, a few steps into the daily Markets, Very economical, AMAZING Receptionists and even a tour guide(all were PHENOMENAL!!!) If one wants a truly unforgettable experience in Lalibela, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blue Nile Guesthouse!! Thank You Blue Nile for an experience I will remember ALWAYS❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This family run guesthouse was one of my best experiences in Ethiopia, they send someone to greet you at the airport and arrange sharef taxis from and to airport the place is super cleane and gives you the feeling of a home. Birtukane the young sister was kind and nice, she invited me to the dinner , she prepared frequently nice and delicious local hot drink to smooth my soar throat, her sister, brother and Mule the guide were so friendly and kind . Staying here was one of my best experiences in Ethipoia.

His all family are very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse (very clean, with a remarkable view to the mountains) is close to the monolithic monasteries and the restaurant Kana, where you can take the lunch or dinner.
