You get a lot of privacy and even though you don't meet the staff, they seemed very nice and were very helpful at all times. When I asked in the morning if I could store my bags in a locker after my check out, they answered very quickly and gave me a code for the locker. Other than that, it was of course very clean, nice beds, lots of storage, towels included and stuff like that.
