We stayed here as a group of 7 and had a great time overall.
We stayed here as a group of 7 and had a great time overall. The location is beautiful, the property is spacious, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful — they even waived the parking fee because of an issue we had, which we really appreciated. The apartment easily fits large groups (it could handle 12 without feeling cramped), making it a fantastic option if you’re traveling with family or friends.
A few things could have been better. Finding the key safe for self check-in was surprisingly tricky; the location link wasn’t very accurate, and we saw other guests struggling with it too. Once inside, we found the cooking range didn’t work and there were no clear instructions on how to get help after reception hours, so we couldn’t cook at all. Also, there were quite a lot of bugs outside — to be expected in early summer, but worth noting.
Tips for future guests: double-check check-in instructions before you arrive, and consider bringing easy meals or dining out in case of kitchen issues. Despite these hiccups, it’s a lovely spot with plenty of room and very kind staff.

Accommodation was excellent, very clean, comfortable and with great facilities. Wonderful location, very close to the ski slopes and ski hire shops 100m. The host was extremely supportive ensuring we had all the details for a smooth check in and out experience and on hand to make local recommendations for food, shopping etc. We were a family of three and would definitely stay again.

The infrastructure for skiing is excellent, including having the choice to leave skis and boots in a secure heated locker at the lift. The slopes are mainly wide, with a good selection for all standards of skiers. We were particularly lucky that the snow was so good in the week that we were there.

Small & friendly, only a a few bars/restaurants but a good couple of small artisan supermarkets with interesting and tasty produce. Great skiing location with chairlift and gondola up to main ski area, with access to all of Grandvalira

Our property had very good ameneties and very eqipped kichen exept extra garbagge bag and plastic spoon for tephlon dishes and a suitable pan to fry !!!
Parking for our car was perfect

Close to the ski slopes and several places to eat. Good bus service if required. Restaurant next to Manacor supermarket excellent and San Pietro (Italian) very good.
A few places use only QR codes to access menu and costs, not good if you do not have data on phone as not in EU.

Super location on the slopes, just a short ski down to the TC10 gondola as TSD4 was closed. Ski in was easy from Gall de Bosc. Comfy hotel, nice bed, basic gym, small pool, really good dinner and breakfast. There was no tea/coffee making facility in the room which was a bit odd. Breakfast started at 0730 though so caffeine was available from then. There was an extra charge for the sauna. I would stay again but I’d bring my own coffee/kettle next time though.

All was excellent: location to explore Andorra and nature parks around and well equipped apartment with terrific mountain view suited for the family’s every day needs. Two slipping rooms with two bath rooms attached. Elevator brings you to the covered parking shared with suites with A-B-C blocks

It is not the first time we stay with Pierre and Vacances and all hotels we stayed in were amazing. If I were a manager, I would add some oil, salt and sugar to each apartment - these things we usually do not bring, and always need. Other than that, it is all good.

Everything was perfect! Location is so good, only 10min by car to Andorra La Vella, and it's just in front of Grandvalira station. The apartment was so nice, more big than I spected and so clean. The views are son nice too.
