United StatesElegant hotel with a staff that is very attentive to guests. We loved our room and its terrace. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. I'm a remote worker and the desk provided a great working area for me to get some work done, take a few calls and sit in a few meetings. A short walk to the main shopping street and restaurants and a short drive to the ski areas. My wife is celiac and was very happy Instants restaurant had gluten free bread and she was able to enjoy her favorite, eggs benedict, and they other gluten free options. Service from the valet / bell, front desk, Instants and room was all outstanding.

Small very quite village in between more lively Arinsal and La Massana each only a half hour or so walk away. Handy free places to park if you wanted to explore the walking tracks. Easy base to drive to other locations. There seems to be some road improvements being configured that should improve the access but neither of the works to the North to Arinsal or South to La Massana are causing or look likely to any disruption to existing traffic flows.

WE LOVE ERTS AS YOU HAVE A RELATIVELY PEACEFUL AREA BUT WITH EASY ACCESS TO ARINSAL FOR SKI HIRE, A SUPERMARKET,BARS AND RESTAURANTS. WE SKI AT ARCALIS WHICH IS 18 KM FROM THE HOTEL IN ERTS.
ACCESS TO VALLNORD (ARINSAL & PAL) IS EASY FOR THOSE WANTING TO SKI IN THESE TWO RESORTS.
EASY ACCESS INTO THE CAPITAL EITHER BY CAR OR A REGULAR BUS SERVICE.

Amazing hotel in the amazing location! Everything was perfect, the stuff was very friendly. They changed our room upon request (to double bed) and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was very good, with a sufficient variety of choice. Great Asian restaurant on the first floor (perfect choice for dinner). The area around is breathtaking as the hotel is located between the mountains and has a nice backyard overlooking the river. In general, I only wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

Top location. Free park a 20 meters hotel. Clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. Normal breakfast. Quiet!
Confortable! Excellent staff. Top tv screen. Full recommended hotel
Value for money. Parking if need you can put inside hotel for a few. But no need. Supermarket a 2 minutes distance by car. Minibar on the room. You can make your tea and coffee in the room.

We liked the location, the treatment of the staff in evrey request ( especially grasiella). The resturant was great, the gym was good and a lot of space around the hotel. My son liked to sit in the bar .
The brd was giant and the room was nice and wide. There was safety deposite and littel porch.

Restaurant food was exceptional!! Good selection of beers and wines. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Hotel was spotless, clean smelling and welcoming. Owners and staff were friendly and professional....Great stay

Great hotel on edge of town, welcoming owners. Ice cool river running behind hotel which was perfect for a cool dip after long hot day on the bikes. Asian food in the restaurant was first class.
